Allstate Mobile 21.2: Drivewise Premium Preview and Multi-Vehicle Wallet Passes

Allstate released version 21.2 of its mobile app on June 30, 2026, introducing four confirmed user-facing updates.

Drivewise Premium Preview

Eligible Drivewise users can now preview how their driving behavior may impact their renewal premium directly within the app. This feature provides a forward-looking estimate before the renewal bill arrives, shifting from the program's previous post-driving evaluation model. The preview is available to customers who have enrolled in Drivewise and meet eligibility criteria. Drivewise savings are not available in California and Alaska, and terms vary by state.

Multi-Vehicle Google Wallet Passes

Users with multi-vehicle auto policies can now add a separate Google Wallet pass for each vehicle on their policy. Previously, digital wallet support was limited to a single pass per account. This update allows policyholders to store and access individual ID cards for each insured vehicle, reducing the need to search through the app for the correct card during traffic stops or at rental counters.

Android 16 Optimization

Allstate Mobile is now optimized for Android 16. This update ensures compatibility with the latest Android operating system version, maintaining app performance and stability on devices running Android 16.

Digital ID Card Access for Future Termination Policies

Customers with policies scheduled for future termination can continue to view their digital ID cards until the actual termination date. This change addresses a previous limitation where ID card access was sometimes revoked upon cancellation notice issuance, even though coverage remained active for a subsequent period. Policyholders retain access to their digital ID cards throughout the remaining coverage period.

Update Context

Version 21.2 follows the 20.8 update from March 2026, which introduced customizable widgets for quick access to Payments, ID Cards, Policies, Roadside, Drivewise, and Agent information. The current release focuses on refining existing features rather than introducing new third-party integrations.
