The latest version of Bank of America Mobile Banking is now available on Google Play. The update text directs users to enable automatic app updates and provides instructions for configuring that setting.

The app’s release notes state: “We're always making improvements, so turn on automatic app updates to get the latest.” Users are then directed to the Google Play Store path: Menu > Settings > Auto-update apps, and set your preference.

This update does not announce new user-facing features, bug fixes, or security patches. The release notes focus exclusively on the auto-update configuration workflow.

Bank of America’s public newsroom published press releases in June and July 2026 covering stadium naming rights, scam prevention webinars, and wealth transfer studies. No mobile app feature announcements were included in those releases.
