Lowe's App Update: Same-Day Delivery, In-Store Mode, and Order Search Arrive

Lowe's version 26.7.1 on Google Play adds a set of practical shopping updates focused on delivery, in-store shopping, payments, and order lookup. The release text is specific enough to separate these from routine maintenance work: each item changes how customers can shop or manage purchases in the app.

Same-day delivery with a 2 p.m. cutoff. The update adds same-day delivery for eligible app purchases placed by 2 p.m. This gives shoppers a clearer fulfillment option when they need home improvement items without making a store trip. Availability still depends on the items and local delivery coverage, but the new release text makes same-day delivery a named app feature rather than a background checkout detail.

In-Store Mode. Lowe's now lists In-Store Mode as a dedicated feature in the app. This creates a separate app experience for shopping while visiting a Lowe's location, which is useful for customers who move between browsing, locating products, and completing purchase-related tasks during a store visit.

Past-order search. The update adds search across previous orders by item name, order number, or text from the item description. This is a concrete improvement for repeat purchases, warranty checks, project follow-ups, and finding product details after a visit. Instead of scrolling through order history, customers can use the information they remember and jump directly to the relevant purchase.

Lowe's Pay. The release text also adds Lowe's Pay as an in-app payment option. For customers using Lowe's app as the main shopping tool, bringing payment into the same flow reduces the number of steps between product selection, checkout, and order management.
