UnitedHealthcare App Update: Premium Payment Details and UCard Store Locator

A July 2026 update to the UnitedHealthcare app introduced two confirmed features for members.

Premium Payment Details on Home Page

Members with Individual & Family Plans can now view details for their upcoming premium payment directly on the app's Home page. This replaces the previous workflow that required navigating to billing sections to find due dates and payment amounts. The information appears in the main dashboard view, reducing the number of steps needed to check payment status.

UCard Store Locator

Individual UCard members can now find nearby stores that accept their UCard directly within the app. The UCard functions as a combined health plan ID and payment card. The store locator feature displays participating locations based on the member's current location or a searched address, allowing members to verify acceptance before visiting a store.

Feature Availability

Both features are confirmed in the app's Google Play listing update notes. Availability depends on the member's specific plan and region. The features are enabled server-side, meaning the app update activates the functionality but individual access may vary.

What This Means for Members

• Individual & Family Plan members: Check the Home page for premium payment details. The information should appear without additional navigation.
• UCard holders: Use the store locator to find participating pharmacies, clinics, and other locations that accept the UCard for eligible purchases.

The update does not include changes for Medicare Advantage or employer-sponsored plan members. Those plan types may see the same Home page layout as before this update.
