Arby's App Update Brings Loaded Rewards Loyalty Program

Arby's has rolled out version 2026.17.19 of its Android app, and the headline change is a new loyalty program called Arby's Loaded Rewards™. The program replaces the previous rewards setup with a points-based system that the company describes as going bigger.

With Loaded Rewards, members earn points on qualifying purchases. Those points can be redeemed for rewards, and the app supports redemption in more ways than before: at the drive-thru, inside the app, on delivery orders, or at the counter. That flexibility matters for anyone who orders through multiple channels rather than sticking to one.

New members get a free sandwich with purchase when they join. The offer runs starting 8/24, according to the Google Play listing. Joining happens through the app, and the free sandwich applies to a purchase made as part of the sign-up process.

The program also includes exclusive offers for members. These appear alongside the points and deals section in the app, giving users a single place to track their balance and see what's available to redeem.

Beyond the loyalty overhaul, the app continues to support ordering from participating Arby's restaurants for pickup or delivery. Payment options include Google Pay on Android devices when a credit card is already set up in the Google Pay app. Gift cards remain unavailable as a payment method for online orders.

The update listing emphasizes the rewards program as the primary new feature. Users who previously found the app's rewards section limited will see a restructured system built around earning and redeeming points across drive-thru, in-app, delivery, and counter transactions.

Arby's Loaded Rewards is available now through the updated app. The free sandwich offer for new members is tied to the 8/24 start date noted in the listing.
