Among the reviews analyzed, Sketch Pro is praised for its wide variety of realistic brushes, user-friendly interface, and generous free tier, which many compare favorably to Procreate. However, recurring complaints highlight serious stability issues, including drawings and layers disappearing after saving, lag and crashes, and an AI-assisted editing feature that alters or deletes strokes without user consent. The subscription model and forced free trial with payment info are also significant frustrations. These reliability problems make the app risky for serious work, though it remains a popular choice for beginners and casual artists. Some sampled reviews reported successful use, but the recurring data loss and auto-edit behavior are major weaknesses that need addressing for long-term trust.
