PetSmart New Features & Updates

PetSmart App Update Adds Memorialized Pets and Simpler Autoship Rewards

The PetSmart app has moved to version 15.11.0 on Google Play, and this release centers on two things pet owners deal with often: remembering a pet they've lost, and keeping Autoship rewards in order.

Memorialized Pets

A new feature called Memorialized Pets gives users a dedicated way to honor and remember a cherished pet. It's a notable addition for an app built around pet care, since it addresses the emotional side of pet ownership rather than shopping or booking alone.

Autoship Treats Rewards

Managing Autoship Treats Rewards is now simpler. The update covers earning, tracking, activating, and managing these rewards, consolidating the tasks that Treats Rewards members handle around recurring Autoship orders. Members with an active Autoship subscription can earn bonus Treats Rewards points through the Autoship Points Payout program, and this update folds that activity into a more straightforward set of controls.

Search, Stability, and Delivery

Store search runs more smoothly in this release, and the app includes fewer crashes. Same-day delivery and Treats Rewards updates have also been improved, tightening up two areas users interact with regularly — getting an order delivered quickly and keeping reward activity current.

What's Confirmed

The changes above come from the Google Play release notes for version 15.11.0. The update listing also includes refreshed screenshots, which reflect the current state of the app's interface.
