Rome2Rio helps travelers compare multiple transport modes, especially in unfamiliar areas, and offers useful cost estimates and detailed route steps. However, users frequently report outdated data, app bugs, missing multi-stop planning, and broken booking links, making it a starting point rather than a sole planning tool.
